Welcome to Nerium, a complex of new apartments built in 2024 in Leptokaria.
The property is located 100m from the sea, making it very suitable for families with children. The access and rooms are adapted for people with disabilities.
If anything is needed during your stay, you can always contact the friendly hosts who speak Serbian, Greek and English.
You don't have to worry about parking, we use city parking, of which there is plenty and is free.
There is also a common area within the property, where guests can socialize, play board games, all while respecting the house rules (from 14:00 to 18:00).
The rooms are designed to be comfortable, visually appealing, but above all functional to provide you with everything you need.
We offer triple and quadruple rooms, ideal for families. For our youngest guests, we provide a crib and a high chair.
Your comfort is our priority, and to fully enjoy your vacation, it's crucial to have a good and quality sleep. That's why we provide reversible mattresses, giving you the choice between a soft and firm surface for the perfect sleep. Additionally, each bed is equipped with both firm and soft pillows, adapting to your preferences.
In addition to comfort, hygiene is the most important thing to us, so bed linen and towels are changed every third day of your stay in Nerium Apartments.
In line with our standards of comfort and hygiene, pets are not allowed, and the house rules from 14:00 to 18:00 ensure a peaceful and relaxing stay for all our guests.
