Nerium Apartments, built in 2024, are located in Leptokaria, just 100 meters from the sea. They are an ideal choice for families and are also adapted for people with disabilities. If you're looking for modern and comfortable accommodation in Leptokaria, you've come to the right place.
Our friendly staff, fluent in Serbian, Greek and English, is always available to provide information and assistance during your stay.
Parking is free, as we use the public parking, which always has plenty of available spaces.
Check-out is until 11:00 AM, and check-in starts from 3:00 PM.
For relaxation and socializing, there is a shared space where you can enjoy pleasant company and board games while respecting the house rules:
Afternoon quiet hours: 3:00 PM – 5:30 PM
Night quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
Our apartments are available as double, triple, and quadruple rooms. For our youngest guests, a baby cot and a high chair are available upon request.
For your comfort, all beds are equipped with double-sided mattresses (soft and firm side), as well as both a soft and a firm pillow. Bed linen and towels are changed every third day of your stay.
Cooking is not permitted, therefore the kitchenettes are not equipped with a stove or cookware. They are intended for preparing light meals and include a coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, refrigerator, and cutlery.
Pets are not allowed. Respecting the house rules helps ensure a pleasant, comfortable, and peaceful stay for all guests.

What does 'Nerium' mean?
The name "Nerium" comes from the Latin name for the oleander flower (Nerium oleander), a beautiful plant that is a symbol of the Mediterranean.
Oleander is present along the Greek shores and is often used as an ornamental plant. As an association with Greece and the sea, our apartments were named Nerium.
